My Mac Pro Final Cut system is setup with a Sonnet Tempo E4P host adapter and a Fusion D500P external RAID. I love this setup. It’s super fast! Sonnet regularly updates its Tempo drivers adding improved performance and support for new features. Since updating to their last drivers, 2.1.1, I’ve noticed that I can no longer eject my RAID and turn it off while my Mac Pro is still on. This causes a kernel panic and forces me to reboot.
